The design
Shadow Works have taken the
core value associated with the Judge Red. However
incorporates a new dimensional approach relating
to the True Advanced high strength to weight ratio
Carbon-Fibre UV treated weave cone. This design
proves that this low-mass high-strength material
cone offers true sound quality never widely accepted
before with this material. A true one piece cast
chassis has non of the associated flaws with conventional
basket designs, Ultra stiff, thermo cooling non
magnetic chassis, a very low reflection multi
leg design with 8 gauge hex terminals.
High power magnetic system is employed to drive
maximum sensitivity from this design. It also
has perfect placement within 0.1 mm inside the
chassis for a perfect flux pattern around the
voice coil. Most magnets sit within 0.5mm to 2.0mm
off centre from the pole yoke. The super soft
Chlorobutyl surround is bonded to a woven carbon
fibre cone with an advanced light weight binary
epoxy resin This keeps the cone weight very low
and able to react instantly and reducing the force
factor on the throat joint.
This in turn helps create taught bass waves with
a massive attack attitude on sound. This design
has transience responses that is unequalled in
its class, comparable to the studio range of subwoofer,
surpassing the design brief originally conceived
for this design. This has state of the art materials
and design, confidence in its abilities. The Nemesis
is a world class design, in any audiophile system.
