The Titan with dual edge
surrounds, dual dampers and high strength low
profile polypropylene cone combined to a Strontium
magnet with a large projected plate
give this a long linear stroke, which makes for
effortless bass extension and control. An ultra
low Fs of 22Hz will be heard and felt, bombarding
your senses
with smooth ocean blue bass lines, used in many
application from open di-pole to transmission
line this is an extremely flexible unit and at
home in any applications.
Profile
The Titan is a very robust
woofer. Efficient bass output, made possible by
a very high tension wound ribbon voice coil (0.28mm)
on a advanced
composite Aramid fibre and Teflon former and a
large single plate of strontium with a long stroke
yoke and bumped back plate. Combined with a shallow
high strength polypropylene cone and a chlorobutyl
dual edged progressive surround give the Titan
a superb transients response the envy of any woofer
smaller woofer.
In combination with a high strength 10 leg grass
hopper chassis, gives maximum chassis stiffness
and clearance for low cone to chassis reflection.
A vented chassis with a vented pole yoke, give
maximum cool air flow around the voice coil gap
essential for longevity and consistent performance
at high output. Spring loaded terminals give an
easy 8 gauge power cable acceptance. The Titan's
sound quality is wide, deep, and strong, with
a glossy in detail sound. A perfect balance of
sound and engineering at the best price. This
is perfect for the lowest abyss of sound tracks
and music, it lives in the lowest reaches of bass.
